I made this workout “video” by dubbing some of my favorite workout music over the top of the NY Times 7-minute workout video in a 30+ minute loop... You can follow the link in the menu above to see the NYT original and as you can see, links to the YouTube music videos are below. Note that I didn’t use the James Gang tune in the workout video, but hey, this site is called funk49.com after all. Given that we’re all indoors a lot more in the age of COVID, I hope that you find this workout routine useful as we all struggle to stay sane and stay in shape.
